Club meeting is on this Sunday, 18th September starting at 9:30am. All classes, ages and beginners welcome. Got an electric powered car? Bring it along and have some fun or just come along and find out more about the club and what we do. Weather forecast is good at this stage. Hope to see lots of people there.
With Father’s Day tomorrow and Ryde State Titles happening next week we have decided to just have a casual meeting at St Ives tomorrow from about 9:30 am.
Not sure if there will be any lap timing available. So not expecting it to be a full on race day.
Bring the kids and cars and have some fun!
Track will be cleaned up prior to running.
Thanks to all those who raced at St Ives yesterday for the last round of the club series. Thankfully the weather gods stayed away and we had the chance to get the track into pretty good condition in the previous week. We had planned on having a food and drink van on site throughout the day but unfortunately there was some sort of accident with it and it was unable to get there, hopefully everyone managed to get something from one of the vendors on the showground.
Congratulations to those who won on the day and to everyone else I hope you just enjoyed some good weather and racing.
Practice for race day at St Ives will be on from midday Saturday to allow for some last minute track work, etc before race day. Timing should be available also. Weather forecast is looking good so the track should be in good condition, dry and with grip, much different to the last race meet on the 7th when there was a lot of loose material on the track.
Racing starts at 7:30am on Sunday. There will be a food van on site all day so there will be food including breakfast, coffee, drinks etc available.
Good luck to all!
Entries are now open for the St Ives round of the club series:
There is no race day on the 14th as the race day went ahead on the 7th. The track will be open over the weekend for anyone wanting to practice.
Racing is on tomorrow, 7th August. Lots of work done on the track today after all the rain and the weather forecast is pretty good. Hope to see everybody there.
Good possibility racing will be on this Sunday if we don’t get any more rain. Will update as we know more.
This Sunday is supposed to be a race day at St Ives but it’s looking doubtful with the weather at the moment unless it changes. If it doesn’t go ahead then there will be a race meeting on the following Sunday, 14th to allow for practice etc for the upcoming club series round at St Ives.
Will update as we know more.
Racing will be on this Sunday, 17th July. Weather forecast is pretty good for the rest of the week so the track should be dry.
